I submit myself to you, God, and Your will for my life. I resist the devil and he has fled. (James 4:7)

 

I use my authority in Christ and I come against, resist and cast out a spirit of __________ (fear, rejection, lust, depression, anger, criticism etc.) in Jesus’ Name. (Mark 16:17-18, Luke 9:1)

 

I tear down strongholds of demonic lies that I have believed and allowed to remain, and today I identify and pull down those lies (name them). I refuse to allow them to remain any longer. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5)

 

I replace these lies with the truth of God’s Word. (Hebrews 4:12, 3 John 1:4)

I stand firm in God’s armour which enables me to completely defend myself from the devil and all of his attacks. (Ephesians 6:10-17)

 

I pray in the Spirit, as the Spirit enables and empowers me. (Ephesians 6:18; Acts 2:4)

 

I love You, Lord, more than anything in this world. The desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and the pride of life do not consume me or direct my steps. My desire is to do Your will. (1 John 2:15-17)

 

I am filled with the fruit of the spirit. I walk in love; I am filled with joy and I have perfect peace in my heart. I am patience, kind, good, faithful and gentle towards others; and I exercise self-control with the supernatural help of the Holy Spirit who dwells inside of me. (Galatians 5:22-23)

 

I speak to the mountain of __________ (fear, rejection, lust, depression, anger, criticism etc) and command it to be removed from my heart and my mind. I believe that I am free in Jesus’ Name. I forgive those who have sinned against me and refuse to hold onto unforgiveness, bitterness and resentment. I believe that I too am forgiven, saved, healed and delivered by You, my Heavenly Father. (Mark 11:22-25)

 

Today is a day I will walk victoriously as your child. (1 John 5:4)

 

I will trample on demons (Luke 10:19), resist temptations (1 Corinthians 10:13) and walk in righteousness (1 Timothy 6:11)

 

If I fall, I will get back up and continue to fight the good fight of faith (Micah 7:8, Proverbs 24:16).

 

I will be quick to confess my sin and quick to return to you (Leviticus 5:5, Proverbs 28:13, Acts 3:19).

 

I know that you are faithful and just to forgive me of my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9) for you have made me the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

 

I will abide in your word and allow the truth of your Word to set me free. And since the Son has set me free — I am free indeed! (John 8:31-36)
