Leadership

Staff

Jesus lived a life of leadership unlike any other.  His leadership was based on serving others rather than being served.  We are honoured to be those who have been chosen to lead and serve the Niagara Worship Centre community.

At the age of 15 Tim knew he was called to preach and teach the Word of God. His priority as the Lead Pastor of NWC is to teach people how to live by faith and be led by the Holy Spirit. He has been a part of NWC since 2009, and has been involved in serving the church family in both children’s and youth ministry before being welcomed as the Lead Pastor in January of 2014.

Alain Mulenda

Alain Mulenda

Production Lead

Alain was raised in a Christian household, where his parents instilled in him the values of prayer, attending church, and serving God. Witnessing his older siblings commit themselves to Jesus further reinforced these teachings. In late 2016, he felt convinced during a sermon that it was time for him to surrender his life to Jesus, which he did. Since then, he has been following God. It was that pursuit of God that led him to NWC in 2021 and to serve in the Media team since 2022, which led to coming on staff in 2024.
